- Ashok Raj Koul Innovator of the Year Award in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
- We require a corpus of Rs 10,00,000
- Award to be decided by a core group consisting of the following-
- President and Secretary APSI
- Editor IJPS
- Dr D Mukunda Reddy
- One representative from Dr Koul's student group as of now Dr Sushil Nahar and Dr Rahul Patil or any person they designate
- Interest accrued annually-50% in the form of a medallion or equivalent made of silver and 50% in the form of a cash award
- After 2 years of the award being instituted biennial top ups to be arranged by his student group (Dr Sushil Nahar and Dr Rahul Patil),to take care of attrition of the corpus if any
- Cheques to be made in the name of APSI and to be collected by Dr Sushil Nahar
- Award open to all Plastic Surgeons in India
